Leslie Cook has lived in Highlands since she was 2 years old. Leslie obtained her real estate license in 2005 and began working at her father's real estate company. She began working part time at The Business Spot in the fall of 2014 while maintaining a successful real estate career and then transitioned to a full time management roll at The Business Spot.
In the fall of 2021, Leslie purchased both locations of The Business Spot. She and her husband Adam, a local building contractor, live in Highlands with their 2 children. Grant is a student at Summit Charter School, and their daughter Libby is at The Gordon Center.
In March of 2014, Colleen Kerrigan opened The Business Spot in Highlands, NC. With the closest location to purchase any office supplies being an hour away, Colleen saw a need and filled it with The Business Spot.
In 2019, Colleen saw the same need and demand for the neighboring town, Cashiers, NC, and opened a location there also.
In 2021, Leslie purchased both location and continues to offer a high level of service for the Highlands and Cashiers residents and visitors.
We offer a large range of home and professional office supplies, including a very large variety of printer inks. We also have a large custom printing division to accommodate any of your personal or business marketing needs.
Both location have a wide format printer and scanner, so we can print anything from house plans to large art prints.
